Cranberry D-Mannose Complex for Urinary Health

Cranberry/d-Mannose is a combination of cranberry extract and d-mannose, designed to support urinary tract functionality and health, offering comfort in times of urinary discomfort.
This dual-action formula promotes enhanced urinary tract function and is made from 100% cranberry fruit solids. With hypoallergenic, vegan ingredients, cranberry extract provides support for the urinary tract without the sugar found in cranberry juice, which can encourage the growth of unfriendly bacteria. Cranberry helps increase the acidity of urine, maintaining a healthy urinary tract environment. Research has suggested the potential for cranberry to interact with lectin receptors and support a healthy bladder wall. A study conducted at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, involving over 150 female volunteers, demonstrated positive results in maintaining urinary tract health after taking a cranberry beverage.
D-Mannose, a simple sugar found in cranberries and other fruits, is also included for additional support. Studies have suggested that d-mannose may help maintain healthy genitourinary function by supporting a healthy mucosal surface in the urinary tract.
Take 2–6 capsules daily, divided into doses, with or between meals.

If pregnant or lactating, consult a physician before use. Cranberry juice and d-mannose have been associated with gastrointestinal upset, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea in some individuals. D-mannose should not interfere with blood sugar regulation, even in diabetics, as very little is absorbed, but monitoring is recommended. Consult your physician for personalized advice.
Some in vitro studies suggest that cranberry may affect how the liver metabolizes certain medications through the cytochrome P450 system, potentially altering their effects or required dosage. However, this has not been confirmed in human studies. Cranberry may also be contraindicated for those taking blood-thinning medications. Consult your physician for more information.
